How long does your granola last?

Our granola is best before 4 weeks but can last 2-3 months in an airtight container.

Do your products contain nuts?

All the granolas and date balls contain nuts.

Since we do use nuts in the kitchen, we advise that our sourdough loaves and jam 'may contain traces of nuts'. Of course, we follow high standards to prevent the risk of cross contamination but legally, we are obliged to give 'may contain traces' advice.

Are your products gluten free?

The majority of our products are gluten-free and wheat-free as we use certified gluten-free oats in all of our granolas.

Our sourdough loaves contain wheat flour and are not gluten-free.

What allergens are present in your products?

Each product page will have a full list of ingredients in the description with allergens highlighted in bold.

Does your granola use refined sugar?

No, we use maple syrup or honey.
